The BEST Affirmations for Self Love

Reciting affirmations is one of my favorite forms of self love. There was a time when I spoke so negatively to myself. I had such a hard time finding things I loved about myself. Self love was so foreign to me. I was never taught how to love ME!

One day I ran across a YouTube channel of a girl reciting her affirmations and I was like "Hey what is this?" I started doing some research on what affirmations were and how I could begin to use them in my life.

I quickly learned that affirmations are some of the most POWERFUL words you could ever speak to yourself.

So what is an affirmation? It's the action or process of affirming something in your life. These words help the brain to think positive, up building thoughts and replace negative ones. For me I started to use words that helped me begin to believe in myself and it's the best deed I have ever done.
