Finding different ways to practice self care is hands down one of my absolute favorite things to do! There's something so liberating about setting aside time for YOU and actually following through with it. You know how much I love you guys so it would only be fair that I share some of my favorite self care ideas with you all. Below you can find different self care routines that you can implement into your day.




SELF CARE IDEAS:

1. Have an at home facial

3. Watch your favorite movie
