We're living in a time where depression is at an all time high, anxiety levels are soaring and suicide cases have sky rocketed. Now more than ever we HAVE to work on the person we are within and develop deep unconditional love for ourselves.
When I first started my self love journey I had no idea what I was doing. I was lost, confused and quit frankly practicing self love just seemed ODD to me. Still I knew something had to be done to change my current mindset so I started listening to Podcasts and watching YouTube videos. I never could of imagined that there would be so much FREE information at my finger tips.
Although I wasn't physically practicing any self love routines as yet, I was feeding my mind with positivity which in the long run would help me out tremendously. Are you a podcast kind girl?
